Please be aware that we will process your order at the earliest opportunity. Bait orders are generally dispatched in between 7 to 10 days. At peak times it can take up to three or four weeks, although this is unusual. Please order your bait in advance. If the items you order are in stock at that time we generally send them out the same day if ordered in reasonable time.
Rolled bait is 'hand made'. This means that the finished quantity can be slightly above or below the designated weight.
When sending rolled bait out, we will contact you to arrange delivery. We cannot tell you what time it will arrive, just that it will be on the day that we arrange with you. When sending frozen bait, we wrap it generously in bubble wrap, box it, and then freeze the whole package. Our courier collects at the end of the day, so your bait will stay out of the freezer for as little time as possible.
We will not send fresh or frozen bait out without contacting you first.
Please be aware that at certain times, certain natural ingredients may not be available, or change. Whilst we endeavour to maintain a level of fresh quality stock which allows us to manufacture your bait promptly and consistently, our suppliers can run out of, or change ingredients due to seasonal availability, natural disasters etc.
Your chosen recipe will not be shared with others unless your permission is given. This is our strict policy.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, although any price increses will be kept to a minimum.
Postage
Our postage price calculations are based on weight. These are calculated automatically at the checkout. For deliveries that cannot be sent via Royal Mail, our prices are as follows:
- Up to 5Kg - £6.50.
- Between 5 & 20Kg - £7.50.
- Above 20Kg - £10.
Please be aware that our delivery charges are based upon delivery within the UK Mainland.
Overseas buyers should apply for a delivery quote before making purchases.
Canceling orders
Orders placed using our 'Make your Own' section of the website cannot be cancelled. These goods are made to your specifications, and are perishable. They cannot be cancelled or returned.
Orders made on non-perishable items can be cancelled if required, but we must have confirmation in writing within a seven-day period. Goods being returned must be in the same condition as they were when we sent them. Packaging must be unspoilt, in some cases unopened (sealed packaging etc.).
Returning products
For all correspondence regarding returns, please contact us in writing, preferably via e-mail. This is mutually beneficial because verbal communication is generally not upstanding in a legal sense.
For non-perishable goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Our policy is to exchange the goods, or supply parts to fix the problem if there is a manufacturing defect or fault, or damage caused unwittingly by ourselves. If we have no suitable solution for exchange or repair, we will offer a refund for returned goods.
Rolled bait made to your specifications cannot be returned. If you have a problem with your finished bait then speak to us - we will use our discretion, and judge your case on its merits.
